Crystal England

Ms. England was born in Kansas City, Missouri and was raised in Lee’s Summit where she still resides today. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri in 2003 and her Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College in 2014. Ms. England worked for several other respectable law firms in the Kansas City Metro area before joining the Law Office of Young, Kuhl & Frick, LLC, in 2016 and is now paralegal to Abraham D. Kuhl.

Debbie Dempsey

Ms. Dempsey was born in Kansas City, Missouri. She began her legal career in 1991 while working for a law firm in Overland Park, Kansas as a legal assistant and brings with her over 20 years legal experience. She earned her paralegal degree from Brown Mackie College in Overland Park, Kansas. In 2001 she began working for a family law firm in Independence, MO before joining the Law Office of Young, Kuhl & Frick, LLC in the Fall of 2017 as paralegal.

Erin Rasmussen

Ms. Rasmussen joined the Law Office of Young, Kuhl & Frick, LLC, in the summer of 2015, bringing over 15 years of office administrative experience. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rasmussen worked for a Kansas City area publisher until the winter of 2014.

Ms. Rodriguez was born in Independence, Missouri. Despite living in multiple cities and states in the Midwest throughout her childhood, Ms. Rodriguez always considered Kansas City home. Ms. Rodriguez returned to the Kansas City metro area in the mid-nineties to raise her children close to friends and family. In 2015 after spending most of her adult life working in the finance and mortgage industry, she decided to return to college, obtaining her AAS in Paralegal Studies and Paralegal Certificate in 2017. Prior to joining the Law Office of Young, Kuhl & Frick, LLC in the Summer of 2022 Ms. Rodriguez worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
