Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Ms. Frick attended Liberty High School. Upon graduating high school, Ms. Frick attended the University of Central Missouri where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Ms. Frick then moved back to Kansas City where she received her Juris Doctor degree, with an emphasis in family law, from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. During her tenure in law school, Ms. Frick served as a staff member of UMKC’s Law Review and was very active in the Children and Family Services Clinic, serving families in the Kansas City area in various family law matters.
Ms. Frick joined The Law Office of Young & Kuhl, LLC as a law clerk in January of 2018 and happily began practicing as an associate in the Fall of 2019. Ms. Frick is dedicating her practice to Family Law, representing clients in dissolutions of marriage (divorce), modification of custody and child support actions, establishment of child support actions, paternity actions, and guardianship proceedings. In addition, she prides herself on engaging in adoptions, both contested and uncontested, as well.
Ms. Frick serves as a Guardian ad Litem in multiple counties, including Jackson, Cass and Clay where she zealously advocates for the best interests of the children whom she represents.
